Customer can provide only a drawing or sample of production - check or revise the drawing - drawing confirmation- mould producing - prototype producing - samples producing - sample inspection - mass production.

Products must be fully interchangable with the original sample,they can work without problems in low temperatures and the inside structure must be durable.

Quality inspection process:

Incoming inspection - furnace physical inspection - dimension inspection - material inspection - mechanical properties - retest - final inspection.

Careful protection against corrosion and rust during production process,freight and storage.

Surface treatment for all parts and components should be meet the requirement of customer.

Delivery process:

Goods could be packaged and shipped to sea port according to customer requirements.

Careful packing for single products,preventing them from getting damaged during transportation or storage.

Durable and strong outer packing in master cartons on a pallet / plywood case that will not get broken during the sea freight transportation.
