Low pressure casting is the liquid metal filling into the cavity by pressure,then become a casting.Due to the pressure is low, it is called a low pressure casting.

Here is the production process of low pressure casting: dry compressed air is piped in the seal of the crucible (or sealed cans),under the action of gas pressure, the liquid metal along the lift tube & through gate smoothly into the cavity and remain the gas pressure on the surface of the liquid in the crucible, until the casting solidification completely.Then remove the gas pressure,make un-solidified metal liquid flow in the tube crucible, then open the mould,and carry-out casting by cylinder.Henan Metals & Minerals could manufacturer the aluminum castings by low pressure casting process,the weight we can produce is from 3Kg to 200 kg.
