During the casting process: we add the 3.5% water glass sand, (equal to VRH) through this way, the moulds can avoid many disadvantages, for instance, the unstable of the moulds sculpting. And, the craft named compound solidification keeps our moulds almost away from water, thus, the wreck like the pinhole will not existed.

So this technique is pretty suitable for the high standard beams and valves, which are used in high temperature, high pressure and extreme low temperature. The sands reusing system can make the water glass sand reusing 100%, so in a way, it brings lots of effects to the environment protection
