Resin sand casting is a new technology realizing almost zero margin and precise molding. After mixing the roughing sand with the resin, we get the resin sand which will be thrown into the mould cavity to be shaped up through heating or using catalyst. The shaped mud core again will enter the pouring mould to be cast.

Compared with the traditional clay sand castings, resin sand castings have features of small roughness, high precision and quality which lead to their popularity in the market with fast development and soon will become the mainstream products in the casting market. As the market demand for good appearance and quality increases gradually, the quality competitiveness of resin sand castings will definitely attract more attention and lead to fast development and prevailing.

The resin sand casting weight we can produce from 0.5Kg to 2000Kg.
